    Need extra caffeine to blog?

      I don’t know about you, but staying up all night to finish my professional assignments requires me to increase my caffeine intake. Is that good or bad? Well, from the point of view of keeping off weight, caffeine may slightly enhance weight loss in people who exercise and maintain a low-fat diet. This is because it may act as an appetite suppressant, increase your body's ability to burn calories, and act as a diuretic, temporarily decreasing your body weight.
