I came across a video uploading site called Revver.com. It’s similar to YouTube in the sense that you can upload videos, plus signing up for an account is free. However, the big difference is that while YouTube doesn’t share any of the revenue/earnings they make off of the ads that are displayed on your videos (not fair, huh?), Revver.com does and you get paid.
How exactly does the process work? Well, when you upload a video, some ads like Google Adsense ads are shown. You will be paid 50% of the earnings from the ads. The reason why this is appealing is that you don’t have to bother about the page creation or maintenance, since all that is taken care of by Revver.
What about the payments? They are done on a monthly basis via PayPal and the minimum payout is $20. Viewing your earnings and the statistics of the videos that you have uploaded is quite simply done through the interface.
This is a good site to look into if you use video posts, as you can earn without any extra effort. If you have videos of personal experiences to share, you can upload those too. Just make sure you don’t upload any copyrighted videos. The maximum video size that you can upload is 100MB. Processing and approval of the video is done before the video comes online.
